The site has vanished, I guess it's shut down, so any extra tests I purchased can't be used. ☹️

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Last year, we used flysurance for our tests and everything went smoothly, so we thought we’d give them another shot for our upcoming USA trip. We tried to set up our video call for next week using their link, only to discover that the company is no longer in business! We didn’t receive any email or notification about their liquidation; we had to find out ourselves through Companies House. It’s outrageous! If we hadn’t needed to arrange the video call for our supervised lateral flow test (which, by the way, most EU places don’t even ask for), we would’ve been completely in the dark and could’ve messed up our whole vacation. Now we’re back to square one, having to purchase new tests. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Is this business still running? The flysurance site appears to be out of service? I've had awesome experiences with their test kits and online support team in the past, but now I can't even get to their website.

Since I’m not too familiar with this new email app, I had trouble finding the confirmation email for my test results. I reached out to 'Customer Services' and got a quick reply with another copy of my results. Big shoutout to Colette from Customer Services for handling everything so well—definitely deserves 5 stars!

Fantastic experience! The instructions were straightforward, and the certificate along with the product arrived super fast. I’ve tested out a handful of COVID testing services before, but this one really stood out as the most efficient and prompt.

I messed up when I sent in my test result because I didn’t use the right email. I reached out to customer support, and Arlene got back to me super quick, letting me know that the result had already been sent out and I’d need to cough up £15 to get it resent. I went ahead and paid, and sure enough, the certificate landed in my inbox within the hour. The service is top-notch, and I don’t mind paying the £15 since it was my error. I’d definitely recommend Flysurance!

I just finished my fit to fly test with Flysurance. Leading up to my test, I shot off a bunch of probably silly questions because I was a bit nervous about how it all worked. Every single email got a quick and friendly response. Uploading my test results was super easy, and we received our certificates in just 35 minutes. What a fantastic service! I thought the tests were simple to purchase and they arrived fast. In the last few days, I utilized their chat feature to ask some questions and follow up on a query. Their response time was really speedy.

I placed an order for a lateral flow test on a Friday afternoon, shelling out extra cash for a 48-hour delivery, thinking it would be more than enough time to get my test before I had to leave on Wednesday afternoon. Flysurance decided to wait until Monday at 3pm to even register the test with Royal Mail, and as of this morning, the test still wasn’t showing as received on the tracking page. This feels like a sneaky little money-making scheme with some seriously misleading fine print. I have a hunch that Flysurance is trying to get folks to fork out more for guarantees that were included in the standard package just a couple of months back.

This morning, I goofed up my email when I sent in my pre-departure test. The moment I figured it out, I reached out to customer service, and they promptly fixed the issue and got in touch with me. Huge thanks to Colette!
